Running
I don’t know how to link my dailymile to my tumblr and honestly I probably don’t need to spam all my workouts on here anyway, but I wanted to mention that I did my usual Monday run today; a half mile warmup (and cooldown), with 2 miles worth of intervals; fast-then-slow for 0.2mi each.
I stretched out really well beforehand and I was really able to open up my stride on the first couple (before I started getting winded). I was on a 5-minute-mile pace for the first two fast ones and it felt completely awesome.
AWESOME, I tell you.
